Booked an early appointment and was waiting nearly 2 hours. I went back 3 weeks later thinking I’d give another chance and maybe that was a one off but I was still waiting 40 mins, had 3 different therapists doing one nail treatment and my pedicure was horribly rushed because again my 2 hour parking had run out. Won’t be going back. It’s certainly not the relaxing experience you expect. This business needs to sort out its booking system as it’s clearly accepting too many.

Hanna was away so my pedicure & manicure was done by someone else ( didn't get her name ) but pleased with the end results. A few interruptions during my manicure so finished later than expected. the therapists were very busy & did their best..pleased with colours on both feet & hands. I'll be back. Thank you
