Would not come back here again. They overbook and are understaffed. I did not receive the service I paid for. My previous polish is still on in some places on my pedicure and my manicure was below average.

It wasn’t Tiffany that did my nails as she is on maternity leave still so Hanna did mine, she always does beautiful nails which always look fabulous, Thank you again hanna for looking after me on my visit 😊

Wasn't Tiffany...she's not back..but Hanna did my nails...They are all under pressure with staff shortages & I had to wait a while..but..all good in the end. thank you.

Nora had called in sick so the other staff members had to work around this. I waited for half and hour & then was told to go for a coffee & come back in half an hour. I returned and my pedicure began but was stopped halfway through as another customer was complaining that she had been waiting half an hour & had another appointment to go to. I was only made aware that my beautician had called in sick, after my pedicure was complete. No time for a manicure, still waiting on refund.
