Absolutely appalling - avoid. I booked an appointment and upon arrival, I was advised they were running 30 minutes behind. No apology. I asked if I should come back. The member of staff shrugged and I was told “If you want to”. I returned, only to be told that everyone else had gone home and told to come back tomorrow. I said no and I was advised I can wait for her to finish the other customers nails “if I want to”, as if this was a favour. The staff were rude, dismissive and unprofessional.

From start to finish it was an awful experience. The service was beyond terrible, I didn’t even get the facial threading. I asked for acrylics to be told they were too tired to do them so I had the dipping. I asked for soft stiletto, I didn’t get this, my nails are huge and messy.
They were putting walk-ins first and telling people that had appointments to wait, and laughing about the fact they told people it would be 20 mins when it was over an hour wait.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had to wait 1 half hours to be seen no list so they took girls before me when asked they weren’t bothered i was waiting for so long. Everything seemed a hassle and everyone was annoying them. Terrible terrible
