Turned up for a booked appointment. Waited half an hour, it appears they operate on a first come first served basis so you wait for a free therapist regardless of booking an appointment. Salon is dirty, no soap in the bathroom. Booked a 50 minute parafin wax gel pedicure. They were short staffed, so it was so rushed I was out in under 40 mins. Terrible pedicure, the wax was unbearably hot, had to ask her to re paint two of my nails are they were a mess. Crazy loud euro pop music. dreadful.

I’ve made appointments at this salon a few times and every time I am seen too late. Never an apology or even a thank you for waiting. This appointment will definitely be my last. When I got there they told me they were to busy to see me and come back tomorrow. I made child care arrangements to get there so was disappointed that they hadn’t notified me earlier. A wasted journey. Again no apology. They just don’t care.
The owner is v rude when customers walk in. Other, better options nearby.
