First time at the studio and it was amazing. All the girls were lovely and friendly and very attentive. Whilst I was in a blind gentleman came in for some treatment and I was massively impressed with how they aided him, following COVID precautions but still making sure he could find his way through the salon, and even to the bank afterwards. My personal experience there was lovely, I was seen to on time and was given a brilliant service and my nails look great!

My appointment was meant to be 1.20 it finally got to 2.30 when someone decided to sort my nails out, Hannah prep’d my nails and then decided she would rather be doing someone else’s eyebrows and I was sat there another 20 minutes when a girl sat to ask me colours and then went on her break I finally got my nails done but they then over charged the amount I was told I was paying which was £39 they then charged me £45 I just wanted to get out of there so gave them the money and left
