Friendly staff, comfortable seats as treatment lasts about an hour. Many treatments on offer. Gentle touch removing original nail colour and a very tidy finish

Decent manicure and pedicure. But it was obvious once again that although I’d made a reservation, and was seen on time that sufficient time hadn’t been allocated. I was asked if I wanted a manicure or just a new varnish. Excess varnish at top of toes was not removed - no biggie - but I felt rushed.
I do not like the electric nail filer (?) -
It damages the nail bed and shouldn’t be necessary for a simple pedicure.
