Another great visit to Venus Nails - Hanna and the team have been looking after my nails (manicures and pedicures) for a few years now, and I'm always really pleased with the results. Plus there's a nice friendly atmosphere in the salon.

Had booked for 10.05 only three people in each being done two pedicures one manicure. Ignored till 10.30 then asked to take a seat at nail bar sat unattended for another 15min ( could have put my nails into soak) Made my excuses and left only a very unsincere sorry.Will probably have been talked about as heard them talk about clients before that have experienced the same treatment as myself.Lots more nail salons in Brighton and Hove will be using them from now on.Absolutely no customer service
