Inefficient COVID measures in place, you are requested to wash your hands, not everyone does and this is ignored by staff, more importantly, the hand drier is of poor quality and does not really dry your hands and there are no hand towels. It was frowned upon when I requested something to dry my hands with. Poor management, nobody had checked that I had pre-paid for my treatment. Being new to the salon, I naturally assumed that my therapist was aware that I had pre paid for gel nails, she hadnt
