I once waited an hour after my appointment before being seen to & made no complaints. My most recent app I was advised lash lady had gone to get her own lashes done elsewhere (during my appointment) & “to come back”. As there was a client waiting for same lady to come back for nails, I didn’t go back. Not sticking to (or close to) appointment times is a massive issue across salon causing major client loss - shame because standard as standards of nails are good. No professionalism.

Good job of my nails but had to wait for over 45 mins, no one checked the appointment times with the waiting clientele and no apologies for the delay. A shame as the girls are skilled in their craft but not in their organisation and customer service.
