I booked in for a mani and pedi before I went on holiday as a treat. As soon as I walked in i seemed to be an inconvenience for them. They were very busy and other people waited a long time.to get there nails done, with some walking out and others rebooking appointments for another time. Unfortunately I couldn't do this but wish I could have gone elsewhere. What followed was an awkward manicure in silence. I tried to make conversation but altogether quite a stressful, not relaxing experience.
