Nora had called in sick so the other staff members had to work around this. I waited for half and hour & then was told to go for a coffee & come back in half an hour. I returned and my pedicure began but was stopped halfway through as another customer was complaining that she had been waiting half an hour & had another appointment to go to. I was only made aware that my beautician had called in sick, after my pedicure was complete. No time for a manicure, still waiting on refund.
Nothing personally to the staff on the day but after 30 mins late, I had NO IDEA when my 2pm appt would be available. I had other commitments so had to leave - I hope I get my full refund soon
Booked an early appointment and was waiting nearly 2 hours. I went back 3 weeks later thinking I’d give another chance and maybe that was a one off but I was still waiting 40 mins, had 3 different therapists doing one nail treatment and my pedicure was horribly rushed because again my 2 hour parking had run out. Won’t be going back. It’s certainly not the relaxing experience you expect. This business needs to sort out its booking system as it’s clearly accepting too many.
