I’ve made appointments at this salon a few times and every time I am seen too late. Never an apology or even a thank you for waiting. This appointment will definitely be my last. When I got there they told me they were to busy to see me and come back tomorrow. I made child care arrangements to get there so was disappointed that they hadn’t notified me earlier. A wasted journey. Again no apology. They just don’t care. The owner is v rude when customers walk in. Other, better options nearby.
