Nikol was welcoming and explained all the details of the treatment which was reassuring. The keratin treatment has made my hair feel like silk! I was doubting it and really nervous but I love the result so much. The haircut was rushed, I would come back but ask to slow down and be gentler when handling my hair and the treatment.
