The salon did not have enough staff to cover my appointment. As a new customer I was not welcomed on entering the shop, just told to 'take a seat'. I waited 20 minutes before asking how much longer I would have to wait. I was told 'another 30 minutes'. No attempt at an explanation or apology. There did not seem to be anyone in charge. I felt angry, unwelcome & that my time had been disrespected so I walked out.
