I've chosen Venwood Hair Beauty and the stylist with the best reviews after long research. The day before the appointment I received an email that a less experienced stylist will do my hair. I didn't want to make a fuss, everyone has to learn so I gave it a chance. Leah was lovely. It took longer than usual, but she has done a good job with my highlights. However, she needs to practice blow-dry. It was the first time when the hairdresser couldn't smooth my hair and I walked out with poofy hair.
