Really happy to have Shannen cut my hair at Venwood. She is attentive and very happy to chat though my hair cut. It had grown out over lockdown from a short pixie style and Shannen has done a great cut and exactly what I want. There was no sense of rushing or not taking care, even when they are really busy post-lockdown!
