I have been coming to Venwood for years and would not go anywhere else in Richmond. Brooke is the best and all the staff is fun, friendly and skilled, I see other stylists when Brooke is booked which is very often! I never leave unhappy, whomever I see. Best in town!

This is a hard review to write as the lady who did my nails the previous week was amazing and Shanon who coloured my hair did an amazing job I’m happy with the colour it’s lovely the problem is when she didn’t have time to finish my blow dry so she had another hairdresser blow dry it which was like she was having an argument with my head. I have waist length hair which is in good enough condition that a blow dry shouldn’t hurt. The lady proceeded to rag my head around and burn my scalp. 😞.
