Facial was okay, i thought extractions could have been more thorough, as i got that as an extra on top. Staff is lovely , and a really warm welcome on arrival. Therapist didn’t really ask anything about my skin type or complexion or allergies before starting the facial which i thought was not very nice. I also worked out later that my facial was performed by a different person rather then the one i booked with, i thought that was not fair. On a more positive note the salon is immaculate, clean and cosy and staff tries to manage your expectations. I would come back but be specific with what you want ie which person, treatment, duration, etc

Normally amazing. Would highly recommend. On this occasion the nails did not hold. I arrived home and already same day had 2 missing nails. Difficulties with getting nails redone. I was expected to pay a further £45 to correct their mistake or the tools. A real shame as I hve been so pleased to date with the outcome.

Nice place, really happy with my nails, slightly expensive, but gel nails i had was thin and natural, really good job.
