The salon could give slightly more detail to their welcome and keeping appointment times
It was great to get a last minute appointment on a Friday! Unfortunately the booking hasn’t come through to the Verity booking system so they weren’t expecting me and had to squeeze me in (although they did this promptly, no delay). I could tell the staff were pretty stressed as it must have been a busy day, but as a result it wasn’t a very relaxing environment. The waxing itself was great, didn’t over-do it which I appreciate!
