Quick, finish not completely smooth but okay

The lady was very pleasant but the end result was not great - less than two weeks later I look like I have had nothing done to my lashes. She didn’t tape my bottom lashes before starting, and I felt like the pads weren’t stuck properly to my lids so when she was trying to set my lashes the pad was moving around a lot. Nice lady but I have to say I won’t be returning sadly.

The description of the stars is misleading. The salon is very small so you are the only customer, hence lack of atmosphere, but the service was good and treatments OK.

The therapist gave me some good advice in regards to my lash health going forward, which was not rooted in monetary gain. She was knowledgeable and caring.
