Wasn’t aware of my appointment and left me waiting half an hour as she had double booked. Place is small and very unclean. Left the door half open during the wax/me changing and spent most of the time complaining about her last customer. Have been waxing for 10+ years and came out very red and sore after which hasn’t happened since the first couple of times I had it done, years ago. Avoid.

I'm really happy with my holiday lashes. Three service was efficient, clean and personalised. I didn't want lots of lashes putting on and I felt very listened to. There was slight confusion over needing the patch test 24hrs before as I was a first time customer. It's a good idea to check ahead to see if you have to go in beforehand as it wasn't made clear to me to do this.
