The treatment itself was fine and the staff member who did my treatment was very lovely and professional - unfortunately the person who took down my booking wrote the wrong time in the salon diary (I confirmed through my email that I had arrived on time) and the therapist was double booked. This was unfortunate as I had taken half days annual leave for the treatment and had to wait 30 mins for the therapist to see another client. I asked if they had wifi so I could log into my work emails as the area is a dead zone for reception but they didn't know the password - all in all quite frustrating as the poor therapist was left stressed and treating 2 clients at the same time. I would have returned as the treatment (LVL) was good but I think the management was poor.
