The therapist was very nice but clearly was overbooked - we started 15 minutes late and she had to leave to answer the phone twice. The wax was OK but there were several patches that she missed, I suspect due to rushing.

The therapist was lovely and friendly. However, the facilities were a complete let down. It looked run down and dirty. Chair I sat in was stained. The pedicure consisted of me soaking my feet in hot water in a foot spa however, it wasn’t working. The manicure consisted of me place my hand in a dirty stained hand soaker. I wasn’t impressed by my experience taken into consideration other establishments that I’ve visited.
