I had a 1h massage booked via treatwell but upon arrival was told there was no availability. Instead I had a shorter massage and was given 25min massage voucher to use until end of Jan. When I called the spa on Jan 18th they earliest availability they had was 1st Feb for which my voucher was invalid. I was not offered any compensation. This is very disappointing as I enjoyed going to Verulamium spa and will not be returning.

Spa facilities are okay. Lady at the canteen was v nice. But massage was poor, too soft almost as if the massause didnt care at all.
