The full body massage was great. Left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa facilities are great too - great sauna, steam room and monsoon showers.

Even though, it's based in a leisure centre, the spa is actually really lovely and kept separate from the main building. It's not a fancy spa, or very big, but there's a nice therapy pool and selection of saunas and steam rooms. There's also a nice relaxation room too. The main let down is the size of the changing rooms - there isn't much room to get changed, but it's manageable. The staff were very friendly.

The pool was closed on the day for a gala which was a bit disappointing. There was also no alcohol served on the premises for my friends.
