I was a few minutes late but was greeted with a friendly welcome.
I had booked a luxury pedicure (55 mins) but the session was finished in 30 mins - needless to say, it felt very rushed.
Worse still the polish used was too thick and I will be repainting myself. It doesn't actually look as if I've had a pedicure at all, so was very poor value for money even at the reduced price.
To add insult to injury, I wasn't offered any refreshments, and when I asked for a cup of tea had to pay £1.90 for it!

Lovely experience! Loved the relaxation room facility after. It feels very luxurious. Manicure polish wasn’t the freshest pot so the finish isn’t 100% perfect but it’s 90%, and the mani was thorough and relaxing even though it was only ‘express’. Luxury pedi was a fab experience. Thanks :)

I only went in for a single treatment so did not see the entire spa facilities. what I did see was clean and a good overall atmosphere

The spa was a nice and clean place. However, they were running late with my appointment time and I got no apology for it. Also I paid £36 for a 25minutes massage and only got a massage for less than 20 minutes, 🙁
