I bought this treatment for my husband, there was a mix up with the time on the day but the ladies at the spa were able to rearrange and provided us with a voucher as compensation which was really lovely.

My therapist was professional and friendly. I had a private treatment room to myself. It was relaxing and I enjoyed the experience. I'm very happy with the end result, too. I would return again. I hope the Spa will be restocking a wider range of colours in the future, as I would like to see more choices next time.

the room for the pedicure was a bit odd, sat on a chair in the back of the room behind the beauty treatment couch. felt a bit like they didn't actually have facilities for a luxury pedicure. the footspa didn't work. but the heated booties were fab. Clara the therapist was very friendly and professional and she did a wonderful job looking after me for two hours!
