It was great, the team made every effort to fit me in. I think it would be nice to have an area to relax in after the massage and be offered a water or herbal tea so you can enjoy the post massage relax. I’ll try and do that next time.

Although there was confusion surrounding the booking due to an error on the Treatwell system, the spa manager managed to accommodate my full package even when very busy on NYE. The treatment was performed by Clarissa who was knowledgable, thorough and friendly. The spa itself is beautiful and each treatment room utterly relaxing. The treatment was fantastic, I came away feeling refreshed and revitalised ready for the New Year. Due to the mix up with regard to the appointment, the Spa Manager very kindly gifted myself and a plus one use of the spa. I cannot wait to return and make full use of all facilities!
