I paid for 1hr 15mins and the massage actually lasted 55mins, obviously I understand that there should be time for the client to get changed after but it just ruined what was an otherwise a really good massage as it stressed me out afterwards having to go and talk to reception after. Also, the music was dreadful (thunderclap sound effects...!?) and a bit loud.
i received a swedish massage and it was ok but not something special.It was not expensive so i am not disappointed
My original appointment was rescheduled due to admin errors which was a little annoying at first but the salon was extremely flexible and very friendly so that was a massive plus. When I got there the stylist was extremely warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable straight. They kept to time which was fab and the advise given was suited to my hair. They deal with all hair types which is so handy and I loved the end product. I will defintely go back. Great find.
I really liked the final result! It was my first Gelish and the manicurist took the time to explain to me the whole procedure. Highly recommend.
Great deal and great service at Vervena. It was a very affordable shampoo, Redken Conditioner Treatment and haircut and style but it felt very luxurious. Scalp massage during the shampooing, attentive cut, friendly stylist. She looked at some pictures I had brought and checked in several times about how I was feeling during the cut. Would definitely go back! (My only, very small complaint is my own fault- I was not thrilled with the very voluminous blow out and style. However, she asked what kind of style I wanted and I didn't have a request so it's on me! Clearly she is very skilled at getting volume and curls out of bone straight hair so she could work wonders with other styles as well!)
