Good wax. Few areas that I had to point out that were missed and still didn't get most of it. Having said this they were very accommodating and did my wax early than expected as I arrived a little early for my appointment.

fantastic gel manicure from a new employee whose name I forgot (sorry!) but everyone there was really nice and my hands feel v fancy. plus they said if I chip them within 2 weeks they'd fix it for free!
