I arrived to the venue to discover that the apointment had been canceled due to illness of the therapist. The employee tha was there said that she tryied to call me. Result: I lost 30min if my lunch break for nothing.
I throughly enjoyed this session of deep cleance at this venue it was very relaxing, especially the massage. The Microdermabrasion session for the first time was amazing. I loved how the beautician Ruta was so gentle and also very professional throughout the whole time i was having my treatment.
Best haircut I have had in ages and staff friendly and knowledgeable.

No-one was there. The salon was locked when I arrived at 16:25 for my 16:30 appointment. I waited until 16:35 and called 4 times but no-one appeared. I left a message on their voicemail but still haven’t received any sort of contact or apology. I will not be using them again.
