Really friendly staff and was comfortable throughout my visit to Vervena but was disappointed with the quality of the finish of the haircut. Such a shame.

Great visit, stylist very friendly good atmosphere, top service, recommended for those in Shad Thames ( I had a haircut and did not see the spa facilities hence my rating )

I had booked in for a foot doctor pedicure. When I arrived I was taken through to a treatment room and told to get ready. Some time later, after my feet had been looked at, I was told by my pedicurist that she couldn’t use the blade so would not be able to offer more than a file and polish. Why they couldn’t have called me in advance to tell me this, I don’t know - I can only assume they were hoping to get away with just a cosmetic pedicure and only came clean when they had to. Very annoying after making a special trip out on a Sunday morning. On the plus side, I ended up having an excellent pedicure for half the price at the Natural Nail Spa down the road.
