Very easy to book, appointment ran exactly to time, friendly staff, lovely cut and finish.
Friendly staff and quality of treatments is great! Am a regular customer and never disappointed with the treatments, they're good value for money. Only negative is the place could do with a makeover.
Very happy of the results - it was my first time doing anything with my eyebrows (they have a good shape naturally and don't need a lot of grooming) so I was quite scared but Emily was very nice and understood what I wanted right away (not too thin, not too dark, natural result). Good price / quality ratio. I'm going to wait to see how it evolves but I'd definitely go back :)
