This was the second time in a row I've been there and they've been running 15 minutes late. My treatment then felt very rushed as they tried to make up time. Won't be going back unfortunately.

I booked a facial treatment and a waxing at Vervena and came out of there really satisfied. Anja was very professional but also very friendly. I thought at the beginning that the overall cost was a bit high, but I stayed in the studio two hours and in the end I think that that money was really well spent.
Ainhoa gave me a great consultation about my colour; paying attention to what I wanted but also suggesting the tones that would suit my skin colour. I ended up going for a copper-colour red and absolutely love it. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely recommend someone going here.
They double booked my original appointment, very annoying when I live 45mins away and they couldn't do the threading. I had to go again the following day. Threading itself was very good.
