I chose Vervena as I wanted to go to a salon where I could have a wax and haircut and potentially other treatments all under one roof. I booked the appointment but the time needed to be altered, this was no problem and they made of point of sending me an email directly to confirm the new time. On arrival the staff were friendly and I felt very relaxed. As the morning went on the salon got quite busy but the staff seemed to know all the clients and I felt like this was somewhere that people return to. I will certainly be going back, I thought it was value for money, friendly and convenient and I look forward to having other treatments here.
