Everything was great. Not the tidiest of salons but definitely not dirty. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to returning.
A very thorough and enjoyable massage. Staff were very friendly. The salon was clean and stylish but a bit small and cluttered, not that this affected my massage in any way. I would book again

i had a Hollywood hot wax and rated it four stars. The wax itself was very quick and thorough and the beautician was friendly and professional.
Just had a tailored Elemis collagen facial with Ana - the salon was very flexible and was able to book me in last minute.
Ana was really friendly and talked me through the products, she also gave me a few recommendations based on my skin which was really helpful. The beauty room was small but nice, comfortable and the background music was soothing.
The facial itself is one of the best I've had - I've come to be quite picky over the years as I get facials regularly and want to get good value for a relatively expensive monthly treat. Ana is clearly experienced as all the movements were seamless (never enjoy a clunky facial) and her massage technique was good. The products were mostly Elemis and all smelt and felt great. The collagen gel was cool and tingly and was massaged on with the ultrasound machine for about 10-15 minutes - this part was really relaxing. After that a couple of other products were massaged in and were left to soak into the skin whilst I had a neck, shoulder and décolletage massage using lavender and fennel essential oils.
Overall it was a really good facial and I'm glad to have finally found a place that I will go back to!
