Hairstyle looks nothing like I requested. All my hair was cut in 5mins with a razor. It is very uneven in places. When I asked why it wasn't done with middle parting as in the photo I showed, I was told the hairstyle is for side parting (after the fact my hair was already cut).
I have never had such bad experience in a hair salon before. Do not recommend and will not be coming again.
Ladies' Haircuts
Booked via treatwell for a wash and blow dry for £20 but when I got there he charged me £25 saying the wash wasn’t included 🙃 Sounds like they charge different prices whenever they want as I paid £22 for a wash & blow dry another time. Apart from that the blow dry and service was great.
Blow Dry
The haircut was great, however, the experience lacked good customer service. I did not have a consultation prior the wash and had few staff members around me chatting to each other in their native language instead being engaged with customers.
