Booked via treatwell for a wash and blow dry for £20 but when I got there he charged me £25 saying the wash wasn’t included 🙃 Sounds like they charge different prices whenever they want as I paid £22 for a wash & blow dry another time. Apart from that the blow dry and service was great.

The haircut was great, however, the experience lacked good customer service. I did not have a consultation prior the wash and had few staff members around me chatting to each other in their native language instead being engaged with customers.
