Always a great blow dry.

Really nice blow dry. The wash wasn't relaxing and the person washing my hair managed to get soap in my ears, down my face and all over my denim jacket. Could definitely brush up on customer service for example asking to take coats or offering a drink. Service was interrupted twice by an aggressive lunatic demanding a blow dry. The way staff dealt with her made me think she did this regularly. Did not enjoy her aggressive confrontation towards me especially as I was only there as a customer.
