This was a terrible experience.
I booked for an Olaplex treatment and expected to have an olaplex treatment. The attendant wet my hair, wrapped a towel round it and asked me to relax for 20 mins. The receptionist then washed my hair. After she washed my hair it seemed almost brittle (I was supposed to have had Olaplex!!) and she began to rough dry it, turning me into a frizzy sheep ! She clearly was not a qualified hairdresser and no clue how to handle hair. I left to redo my hair at home

Rushen (and his colleague who washed and dried my hair) were great. They were both really friendly and is clear Rushen is a professional - gave me a (much needed) haircut and just knew what to do with my hair to improve it. His colleague gave me some nice advice on how to rehydrate my hair. Really recommend!

Every time I come here I am always pleased with my haircut. This time was no exception. They listened to what I wanted done and then did it...and kept asking questions to make sure they were doing it how I wanted!
