Although I'm generally happy with my haircut and colour, it took over 4 hours to do even though it was just a colour, cut and blow dry. People who came after me had their treatments done and left the salon. I wasn't told of any additional charges during treatment and I had to pay extra at the end. Slow service- took them 40 minutes to seat me and it wasn't that busy. Colour is nice but probably wouldn't visit again, took way too long and no one let me know what was happening either.

The hairdresser did as I requested, very efficient and was in and out in under an hour - I am happy with the haircut, it hasn’t been left heavy in any areas, which can happen with thicker hair. Thank you!
