I booked for 1pm but had to wait 45 mins to even be seen, despite being told I was next 15 mins before. Two other people seen to in that time. Haircut shorter than I asked for but it was too late to change it since she had already cut it.

Loved my Brazilian blow dry! Came out looking really great. So A++ for that. It did take longer than expected and I had to keep jumping from one person to the next but overall experience was fine. My last hairdresser at the end was really lovely (zaynab I believe).
