the salon was quite difficult to find as it is in a leisure centre on the outskirts of solihull. The salon was very small and basic. The therapist was very nice and I was pleased with the hair cut. I would not really recommend this deal as it was difficult to find and i was quite disappointed with the facilities.
Ladies' Haircuts
Had a voucher hair cut, and deep conditioning treatment with Sonia, who was most polite, friendly & helpful. She discussed the cut with me and went through the process asking me at each stage if i was happy with the style.
She initially forgot to give me the deep conditioning treatment till I reminded her before she started cutting my hair, so it was back to the wash sink. But all ia all it was good.
I was offered a drink twice, but declined. The salon is apart of a David Lyoyds gym complex, nothing bad about that, but there is a lot of activity outside the salon, and if the doors to the salon are left open you can hear quite abit.
I would definately come back here again.

My local Saks is in leamington and i was disappointed with the location of the one in solihull as it was within the David LLoyd fitness complex and the club could really do with sm maintainence and a revamp. However i was impressed with the salon it was clean and well equipted. staff were friendly knowledgable and attentive.

When I visited Saks of Solihull I was due to take advantage of the Wahanda voucher for a treatment and a cut and finish with one of there stylists. On that day one of the treatment the stylist became ill which is just one of things and cant be helped. When I found out about this I was promptly offered a compensation which does not always happen in these cases so I was very happy to receive a deep tissue massage that evening and given the option to use the voucher on a seperate date. The manager was so helpful and friendly and you could see she had a really passion for the buiness and was very keen to maintain good standards of customer service. My massage was fantastic and the therapist very proffesional. The decor of the beauty rooms was modern, clean and the ambience was very relaxing. I cant wait to return to actually use my voucher and would definitely visit Saks for treatments again. I would reccomend Saks for a massage to someone with a sports injury or needs to get rid of those annoying knots ! as my massage was very affective.
