We chilled for a little while & discussed any problem areas & my usual skin routine.The facial was soooo relaxing I enjoyed ever minute. Sarah, Vee & Jess are lovely girls who make you feel very welcome.I have been back to the salon for a nail treatment and great hair do, so highly recommended.

I had half head highlights, cut and blow-dry and a file and polish.
The salon is small, within David Lloyd Health Club but very friendly. Each member of staff was polite and helpful. I had a consultation prior to my colour and was advised on colour choices.
The end result was one I was extremely pleased with, I paid extra for the toning treatment and the file and polish was fantastic too. Overall I was very happy and will certainly return to this salon in the future.
Went for a wash, cut and blow dry including a full head colour with a file and polish. Well pleased with the price I paid. Was disappointed that I as first appointment with the therapist yet was waiting for 20 minutes. They wouldn't like it if I walked in 20 minutes late. So won't go back unless I get a good offer.
The treatment was great, all my needs were met. The salon was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great place to go for a treatment. Would go again!

However, upon arrival, I was just about to sit down when I was called through for the file & polish, I thought this was going to be done whilst my colour was on (which would have been much much better) so it was 20 - 30 mins after arrival before i met my hairdresser. Also i felt a little uncomfortable whilst i was having my hair done, as it was quiet and i was the only customer in the salon, 1 - 2 people at the desk were kind of looking in our direction and it just felt uncomfortable. They could have made themselves busy or look elsewhere, just a minor thing that i have not felt in a hair salon before.
