I went to do my nails, she’s very friendly but I think she doesn’t know how to do a proper manicure.
I asked for the shellac and she didn’t have none of the colour that I’ve asked for.. (natural, black) then hopefully she had the red one. She had to shake very hard the polish because it was clearly dry.. once she started to paint my nails she painted as well my fingers. I was like “ does she know how to paint the nails?” Then she finished and the nails were still sticky not shiny at all.. I never saw a manicure like that.. I’m very disappointed! I never had such a bad experience like that

I was delighted with the results of my waxes and tint. The woman was very friendly, experienced and listened to what I wanted.

Olive, Chantel and Janet were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Even though there was a misunderstanding, Janet asked exactly what I wanted and took the time to make sure I was happy. I really appreciate how they looked after me, 5 stars.
