I was left alone for my cryotherapy and the suction came off meaning it wasn’t working for a while - under the chin can move with swallowing. I do not feel I got the full half hour I paid for and had no way of getting the assistant back to help me. I don’t think it will have much affect as a result. Not happy with the service.
