I was left alone for my cryotherapy and the suction came off meaning it wasn’t working for a while - under the chin can move with swallowing. I do not feel I got the full half hour I paid for and had no way of getting the assistant back to help me. I don’t think it will have much affect as a result. Not happy with the service.

This is a professional outfit. The therapist is a sublime blend of warm welcoming and extremely knowledgeable person who leaves you feeling you are in good hands. Very reassuring. The best!!
