The staff at the salon were very friendly and helpful. My stylist managed to squeeze in an emergency cut along with my balayage appointment, as I received an awful haircut from a previous salon a few days prior. The cut and colour turned out wonderful!! I've got dark brown hair, and the blonde balayage came out to a beautiful light blonde, as opposed to the brassy blonde colour my hair normally turns to. Great salon, would recommend!

I was happy with my haircut and would definitely return there for my next cut. The stylist did exactly what I asked for and was polite and friendly. I was offered a hot drink and a Ferrero Rocher chocolate came with it!
Ladies' Haircuts
It's difficult to find a beauty salon that has properly qualified beauty therapists who are professional these days, so Viauty was a marvellous find. I upgraded my Wowcher deal but even then it was still good value and the time and care the therapists put in (no sawing of nails for example) was excellent. I only gave an OK rating for the nails however as unfortunately two of the gels on my fingernails came off the very next day.
