No name on building. Locked door. The phone service is shocking so asked for the WiFi password but ‘not allowed for treatwell customers‘. Room was dirty and not cleaned properly. I was not at any point asked how I would like my tan or what colour. No aftercare direction. Tan was patchy and came off fast. Don’t waste your time and money on these rude people.
