To be honest, it was the best haircut I've ever had. The reason for that was Danielle. She is affable and very professional. She is just a really good sort.

I was booked in for a cut and blow dry and root tint. I booked this appointment during my annual leave and was excited about the result. Unfortunately, I was bitterly disappointed. I am a redhead and my roots turned orange. I was then told this was because my hair is stubborn. I’ve never had this issue before in 8 years of being red. I still had split ends, lopsided grey hair with no layers that were requested after my haircut. I have had to pay extra for this to be corrected. Not impressed.
