Despite having booked appointments, we had to wait 40 minutes whilst the hair stylist was dealing with walk-ins. My daughters both had child hair cuts and despite the long wait they rushed through them, not even bothering to wet the hair. It was just a dry cut, no feathering or shaping of any kind despite our requests. The colour and cut for the adult was OK, but again it felt as though the hair stylist was rushing, so as to get back to walk ins.
