She knew exactly what was right for my hair and I’ve left with it healthy and shiny. Great blowdry - it’s hard to find someone good at getting Afro hair straight without a straightener! She knew exactly what products to use and I recommend 100%. The loyalty card scheme at the salon is also fantastic!

Good stylist. Attentive & friendly. Pleased with hair wash, haircut & blow dry. Client’s PPE did not cover clients clothes fully, as only covered shoulders. Otherwise, very good.

Visited for a full head of highlights. Unfortunately I'm not entirely happy with the end result. This is no fault of the staff - I feel management are purley to blame. The two staff members are clearly overworked. I understand there is a huge demand for appointments after lockdown but management shouldn't be swamping the staff with appointments as it doesn't allow them to give the client the best service. You can see that they are extremley hard workers but are struggling with the pressure with no breaks and am extremley long working day to cover all clients booked in. Management need to reassess the situation and either hire another staff member or take less appointments.

My first time at Image and my hair stylist was super bubbly and brilliant! My hair feels great and this is deffo now my go-to salon!
