Staff needs to be more approachable also asked for balage my colour before seemed better then now. As i asked for a lighter tone, Cut was a joke she didn’t even know How to cut my hair!! Seriously I will not be going back!! The girl who did my hair had miserable face on. Learn to smile no one wants to see that mug in the morning! Very disappointed!!

I was very pleased with my haircut. I have struggled in the past to find a hairdresser who is confident enough to tackle my curls but Sam made me feel at ease and did a perfect job with the cut and blow dry. Thank you Sam, you have a new regular! Have a lovely Christmas!
