Received a garbled voicemail cancelling my appointment 1hr before I was due to arrive. The salon will most likely copy & paste the same reply that they always seem to use when other customers have had similar complaints or the salon just did not open. Normally I would accept the excuse of circumstances outside of their control but as they have done this to me before I accept that I only have myself to blame. Will never book an appointment with this salon again.
