Exceptional service provided by Alex who’s sports massage skills - the main treatment i regularly go for with her are constantly improving. Highly efficient & no wasted movements.
There is also great continuity provided from her as she will always reference the previous treatment at the start of a new appointment & ask how that treatment translated for me with regards to my training.
She will then take that feedback on board for the next appointment - thoroughly impressed as always!
