I was delighted to get a last minute booking for a body exfoliation and although my appointment was re-scheduled for a little later in the day, communication with the venue manager was perfect. I was upgraded to the champagne and caviar treatment and I honestly have to say this was the best massage I have ever had. My therapist was polite and respectful and I felt like I had been polished by angels at the end of my treatment. There was no hard sell to buy skin products or anything else. In fact, I was interested in booking time for vibro-plate training but the man in charge was too busy to speak to us or book us in. However, overall I loved my treatment at this lovely spa and I hope to book back in for an exfoliation again in future.
I can honestly say this is one of the best massages I have ever had, afterwards I felt like I'd had all the knots worked out of me!
Had such an amazing treatment that the staff made sure was perfect for me. Natalie, my therapist, was amazing and had great knowledge on every aspect of the treatment to make sure it was right for me. I really enjoyed my experience and came out feeling relaxed and healthy!
Friendly polite staff nice relaxed location. Pressure just right therapist kept checking that pressure wasn't painful. Feel a lot less tense now. Recommended .
Amazing service really friendly and welcoming,the atmosphere was lovely and the couples massage we had was awesome, took all my knots out! Deffo going back!
