i used the Vibro plates and oh my god they are amazing! The flab shakes but it good shaking and the results will come a day or two after, but at first it feels weird but you will get used to it. The venue is very modern and upbeat- I love it and will definately return, I can't wait!
Had the best back massage ever. Really relaxing and really got into all those knots that had been haunching me up. Very friendly staff and very clean and tidy - would love to visit again.
whilst a little difficult to locate first time around (look out for the yellow fronted newsagents!!), the staff were excellent (came out onto the street to find me when I called to say I was a little lost!) and I loved the ambiance of the place. It has a wonderful, relaxing vibe, the staff were friendly, helpful and informative, and the treatment was excellent value for money.
I had a little difficulty finding the place from the map on the Wahanda voucher but once there my experience was great. The surroundings were excellent and conducive to a relaxing experience and my therapist gave an excellent massage wiuth just the right pressure to try and relieve my knotted muscles. I left feeling very relaxed and calm.
I only had a half hour back & shoulder massage here, but it was excellent - exactly the right firmness, and concentrating on all the bits that needed work. I have already booked to go back for a longer massage
