The salon appeared closed when I arrived. No lights on! Was a little awkward being yelled at from the back room to wait 10 minutes with no explanation, no invitation in or apology for having to wait outside past appointment time. Anna was perfectly pleasant and helpful throughout the appointment, was just an awkward experience to begin with!
